How to Flush DNS Cache in Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard?
It is easy. Just type following command from your terminal.
dscacheutil -flushcache
-Vigyan

Great tip, another way of doing it in earlier versions of OS X is to run “lookupd -flushcache”, hope this helps someone!
